Options for HOA Maintenance Payments

Please make your Association Maintenance Payments by
way of one of the following options:


All payments are due on the 1st of each quarter. The association must receive your payment on or before the 15th of each quarter to avoid a late fee of $25.00.

Please see all payment options below:

1. Centerstate, via Internet: Make online association payments with a Credit Card, Debit Card or by Electronic Check (e- Check) through CenterState Bank’s ePayment site. The Association ID for Centerstate is SUN78. Please click here. Fees do not apply if you pay with a checking account. Prior to confirmation of transaction, the website will inform you that the payment will take at least two (2) business days to process and post, because this is an ACH payment.

2. Paylease, via Internet: Online payments may be made with credit card or e-check. Click here to be directed to Paylease. You can make make a one-time payment here, or schedule recurring payments. Please note that your Paylease account number is different from your Sun Valley account number. Notice: There is a processing fee to make payments with this option. Please be aware using this option can take 3- 5 business days to post to your Sun Valley account with an option for expedited delivery for an additional fee.

3. Paylease, via phone: Dial (866) 729-5327 (tollfree). You can make make a one-time payment here, or schedule recurring payments. Please note that your Paylease account number is different from your Sun Valley account number. Notice: There is a processing fee to make payments with this option. Please be aware using this option can take 3- 5 business days to post to your Sun Valley account with an option for expedited delivery for an additional fee.

4. CAMS, at office: Visit the CAMS office (address above) and submit payment by check or money order, payable to Sun Valley. If you visit when the office is closed, you can drop your payment into the dropbox next to the door.

5. Online banking: Submit payments automatically through your own personal bank. All online bill-pay options require additional processing time and mailing time from your personal bank. They do not issue electronic payments. Physical checks are generated, then mailed. You can confirm processing and transit time with your personal bank representative.
